Galatasaray Disrupts Milan and Roma's Transfer Plans Over Martinelli

Rafael Leao has shown a desire to leave AC Milan for a new experience outside Italy, preferring a move to Spain or the Premier League. However, he has yet to receive any official offers from those leagues.

If Galatasaray finalizes the deal for Martinelli, Rafael Leão's transfer to the Turkish club will become highly unlikely, putting AC Milan in a difficult position, especially as the player will enter the final year of his contract in the summer of 2027, which could lead to a decrease in his potential transfer value.

The potential transfer of Gabriel Martinelli could have wider implications beyond AC Milan. The player was previously among the options considered by AS Roma before they advanced negotiations with Porto for Rodrigo Mora. As of now, the two clubs have not reached an agreement on the terms of the deal, with Porto demanding a guaranteed €50 million. This situation could leave Roma facing the loss of two targets from their shortlist if the Mora deal falls through and Martinelli moves to Galatasaray.
