Enes Ünal Returns to Getafe on Free Transfer
Turkish striker Enes Ünal is close to returning to Getafe, coming from Bournemouth, after the two clubs reached an agreement regarding the player's transfer during the current summer transfer window.
According to reports, Onal will return to Getafe on a free transfer, with Bournemouth potentially receiving up to €1.5 million in incentives and add-ons related to the deal. The English club has also retained 20% of the value of any future sale of the player.
The Turkish forward's transfer follows a difficult period at Bournemouth, where he struggled with injuries and found it hard to establish himself as a regular starter, having played only a limited number of minutes since joining the Premier League.
Getafe is the preferred destination for Ünal, having previously excelled in the club's colors, scoring 34 goals in 103 appearances in La Liga, making him one of the team's standout forwards during his previous stint.
Onal is set to undergo medical tests before officially completing his return to Getafe, in a move the Turkish striker hopes will help him regain his previous form and relaunch his career in La Liga.
