Ghisland Returns to Crystal Palace on Loan
Crystal Palace has confirmed the return of Ivorian forward Ivan Ghisand from Aston Villa on a one-season loan, with an option to buy.
Ghisland played with Crystal Palace during the second half of last season, where he made 14 appearances and scored two goals, one of which came during the team's successful run in the UEFA Europa Conference League. He also participated in the final match against Rayo Vallecano.
Guisand, 24 years old, is one of the standout attacking talents at Crystal Palace, having previously excelled with Nice, where he scored 12 goals in the 2024-2025 season, earning him the Player of the Season award at the French club.
Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish said: "We are happy to have the opportunity to welcome Ivan back, after he showed us a glimpse of his great talent last season. We believe he can help us achieve similar successes this season."
Ghisland stated, "I am very happy to be here. I already have wonderful memories with the club, but I believe this is just the beginning, and I hope there are more great moments to come."
