Vicario Dreams of Returning to Italy
Tottenham Hotspur's goalkeeper, Italian Guglielmo Vicario, remains on Juventus' radar during the summer transfer window, as the club looks to bolster their goalkeeping position ahead of the new season.
Italian reports indicate that Vicario is open to a return to Serie A, and he is eager to wear the Juventus shirt if the opportunity arises.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tottenham could accept the departure of their Italian goalkeeper on a loan deal that includes a purchase option. The final transfer fee is estimated to be between €15 million and €20 million, depending on the terms of the agreement, making negotiations likely to evolve in the coming days.
Despite Juventus's interest in Vicario, the club is still prioritizing the signing of Zion Suzuki, the Parma and Japan goalkeeper, who is the main target for management this summer.
Vicario's name has emerged as an alternative option should negotiations for Suzuki stumble or if Juventus fails to meet Parma's financial demands.
