Arsenal Secures Welsh Talent Axel Donchev

Arsenal has reached an agreement with Cardiff City to sign 16-year-old Welsh talent Axel Donchev, as confirmed by transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, who noted that the deal is now finalized.

Donchiev is considered one of the most promising talents in Wales, having made history with Cardiff City in October 2025 as the youngest player to participate in the EFL Trophy.

Romano has confirmed that the player has successfully completed his medical examination, paving the way for him to sign contracts with Arsenal during this week. He will join the ranks of the London club's academy to continue his development.
