Successful Surgery for Alaa Saad During Egypt Training Camp

Al Ahly player Alaa Saad underwent successful surgery yesterday evening, Friday, at a hospital in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, following an injury to his clavicle.

Saad suffered a collarbone fracture while participating in a friendly match that the team played during its training camp currently held in Cairo in preparation for the new season.

The medical staff of the team announced that the surgery performed on the player was successful, and the fracture has been fully stabilized. The player will undergo a rest and rehabilitation period lasting six weeks before he can return to training and the pitch.

The accompanying doctor confirmed that the player's condition is stable and there are no complications. He will begin his rehabilitation program in Cairo under the supervision of the medical staff before returning to the country.

Al-Ahly has signed Alaa Saad from Naft Maysan during the current summer transfer window, as part of their plan to strengthen the squad with experienced players ahead of the new season.

Saad participated in several training sessions with the team during the Cairo camp and displayed a good level of performance before suffering an injury in the last friendly match.

The player is set to miss the start of the league competition due to a rehabilitation period. The coaching staff will work on preparing him both technically and physically to ensure he is ready to participate with the team after the specified treatment duration.
