Ittihad Announces Successful Surgery for Sharhili, Out for Two Months

Al Ittihad Club has announced the successful surgery undergone by defender Ahmed Sharahili on his left ankle in Porto, Portugal, under the supervision of ankle surgery consultant Nuno Brito.

The club stated that the operation was successful, and the player will join the team's training camp in Marbella, Spain, in the upcoming period to begin his rehabilitation program under the supervision of the club's medical staff and according to the treatment plan set by the surgeon.

According to medical reports, Shrahili is expected to be out of action for nearly two months, before gradually returning to team training and official matches.

Sharhili is considered a crucial element in Al-Ittihad's backline, and the coaching staff hopes to have him in the best possible shape before the team enters the official competition phase in the new season.

The player suffered this injury while executing an individual rehabilitation program before the start of the season.
