Liverpool Pulls Out of Adam Wharton Deal
Liverpool's interest in signing Adam Wharton from Crystal Palace has diminished, as he was once a top target to strengthen their midfield, according to TEAMtalk.
The source indicated that Wharton, who has impressed with his performances at Crystal Palace, is no longer a priority for the Reds in recent weeks, after being the club most keen on acquiring him.
The report added that Liverpool's withdrawal from the deal, alongside the transfer activities of Tottenham, Arsenal, and Manchester City, has boosted Crystal Palace's confidence in retaining their player.
Meanwhile, Liverpool has shifted its focus to other midfield options, with Kephren Thuram from Juventus and Sergio Arribas from Almería leading the list.
