Kabylie Appoints Karim Belhassen as New Head Coach

Kabylie's management has announced the appointment of Algerian-French coach Karim Belhassen as the new head coach of the first team for the upcoming season, replacing German Joseph Zienbauer, who left his position in March.

Belhassen brings extensive experience from European leagues, having played in the Belgian league with clubs like Anderlecht, Charleroi, and Kortrijk. He also served as an assistant coach at Watford in England from February to May 2026.

Kabylie's management expressed confidence in their new coach's abilities, highlighting his strong personality and discipline, along with his professional football experience. They hope he will lead the team to impressive results in the upcoming phase.

As part of the club's restructuring, the management has also appointed former Algerian international Yazid Mansouri as the new sporting director, alongside Kamel Yessli as the club's official spokesperson.
