Atletico Madrid Extends Koke's Contract Until 2027

Atletico Madrid has officially announced the extension of captain Koke's contract until June 30, 2027, allowing him to continue his journey with the team for the 2026/2027 season.

Koke is the most capped player in Atletico Madrid's history, having played 740 official matches since his first appearance with the first team on September 19, 2009, scoring 50 goals and providing 122 assists.

The club confirmed that the team captain is also one of the most decorated players in its history, having won eight titles with the Rojiblancos.

Koke's achievements include two La Liga titles, one Copa del Rey, two UEFA Europa League titles, two UEFA Super Cups, and one Spanish Super Cup.

The midfielder ranks second on the list of Atletico Madrid's most decorated players, behind Adelardo, who won 10 titles with the club.
