Manchester City Secures Deal for Elliot Anderson for a Huge Sum
The reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano announced that Manchester City has reached a final agreement with Nottingham Forest to sign the English midfielder Elliot Anderson during the current summer transfer window.
According to Romano, the deal could reach £130 million after successful negotiations between the two clubs in their final stages, as the player requested Nottingham Forest's management to allow him to leave and join the English champions.
The reports added that Anderson, who is 23 years old, will undergo a medical examination in New York City on Friday morning while he is with his national team, in preparation for his official transfer to Manchester City.
Manchester City is working to complete all the procedures related to the deal as quickly as possible, before England's match against Panama in the 2026 World Cup.
It is noted that the 23-year-old player has played 92 matches with Nottingham in all competitions, scoring 6 goals and providing 11 assists.
