The Board of Directors of Damak Announces Official Resignation

The Damac Club officially announced the resignation of its current board of directors following an extraordinary meeting held in the city of Khamis Mushait to discuss the club's situation in the upcoming phase.

The club clarified in a statement published on its official account on the "X" platform that the meeting addressed the evaluation of the administrative, technical, and financial situation before making the decision to resign from the remaining period of the current term.

The statement confirmed that the step was taken to provide an opportunity for a new management to assume responsibility early, ensuring optimal preparation for the upcoming sports season.

The board of directors indicated that its decision reflects its commitment to the club's interests and its desire to support administrative stability and facilitate an organized administrative transition process.

The council also emphasized the importance of giving the incoming administration sufficient time to develop appropriate plans at all levels, whether technical, administrative, or financial.

The council tasked the executive administration with completing the required regulatory procedures and coordinating with the relevant authorities in accordance with the regulations in force at the Ministry of Sports.
