The Iraqi national team is preparing to face its Spanish counterpart this evening, Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Riazor Stadium in La Coruña in its second friendly match during the training camp held in Spain.

Before this match, the Iraqi team achieved an important victory over the Andorran team with a score of one goal to nil, with the goal scored by player Ali Youssef Hashem in the 20th minute of the first half.

The Lions of Mesopotamia aim to present themselves in the best possible manner against the Spanish matador before heading to the United States of America to play their last friendly match against Venezuela.
