Chiellini Announces Vlahovic's Departure from Juventus
Giorgio Chiellini, the sporting director of the Italian club Juventus, announced that Serbian forward Dušan Vlahović will leave the team at the end of his contract with the Old Lady.
The journalist "Fabrizio Romano" shared Chiellini's statements on his official account on the "X" platform, where he said: "I feel sad, I wished Dusan would stay because he cares about our club, but he wants to leave."
The Juventus sporting director added, "Given the current salary conditions, Dusan will not stay in Italy."
The Serbian striker's contract with Juventus ends on June 30th, amid links to a move to clubs such as Barcelona and Inter Milan in the coming period.
Vlahović joined Juventus in January 2022 from Fiorentina for 80 million euros. He participated in 23 matches across all competitions last season, scoring 10 goals and providing two assists.
