Juventus Holds Crucial Meeting with Vlahovic

A meeting was held between Juventus officials and Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic this morning, amid uncertainty about his future with the team, and interest from several European clubs in signing him.

According to reports from 'Sky Sport' and 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the meeting took place at the Juventus club headquarters with the presence of the player's father, Milos Vlahovic, to discuss the extension of the striker's contract.

Vlahovic is entering the last month of his contract with Juventus, where the club has made an offer to renew until 2027 or 2028 with an annual salary of 6 million euros.

The same reports indicate that convincing the player to renew seems difficult, as he insists on receiving a salary no less than 8 million euros annually.

Nevertheless, Juventus tried to reach a final agreement during this meeting, especially since the 26-year-old player has not yet received official offers from other clubs.

Sources confirm that Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Newcastle, and Barcelona have recently contacted the player's entourage to inquire about his status, without making official offers so far.

Juventus is awaiting Vlahovic's final decision following this meeting, whether to renew his contract or leave the club.

In case an agreement is not reached, Juventus has placed striker Randal Kolo Muani as the first option to replace him in the attack.
