Juventus Nears Securing Vlahović's Stay

Juventus is close to reaching an agreement with its Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic regarding the extension of his contract, in an important step to resolve one of the club's key issues before the start of the new season.

According to Italian reports, negotiations between the two parties have seen significant progress recently, with a preliminary agreement on a new contract that includes a salary estimated at around 6 million euros annually, which is lower than his current salary, one of the highest in the team.

Sources indicated that Juventus is working on extending the player's contract until 2028, in an attempt to secure his continuation and avoid him entering his final year without a clear agreement regarding his future.

Despite the prevailing optimism within the club, some final details related to bonuses and agent commissions still need to be resolved before reaching the official signing.

Vlahović is considered one of the key elements of Juventus' project for the upcoming phase, with the coaching staff exerting strong pressure to keep him, despite increasing interest from several European clubs, most notably Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
