Arsenal Owners: We Will Continue to Strengthen the Team Even If We Win the Champions League

Josh Kroenke, the owner of Arsenal Football Club, confirmed that the club's management will continue to work on strengthening the team in the coming period, even if they win the UEFA Champions League for the first time in the club's history. He emphasized that stopping development means falling behind competitors.

Kroenke stated that winning the Premier League this season does not mean being content with what has been achieved, explaining that Arsenal understands that other clubs will also work on improving their teams. Therefore, the club must continue to develop and build to maintain its position at the top and compete for all championships.

The owner of Arsenal also revealed that renewing the contract of coach Mikel Arteta is a top priority for the management, confirming that the Spanish coach is happy with the current project and considers himself a part of the club since his time playing in an Arsenal jersey. He praised the significant role Arteta has played in rebuilding the team's culture since taking over in 2019.

Kroenke also pointed out that there are future plans to develop the Emirates Stadium and enhance the fan experience on match days, emphasizing that the management wants to maintain the stadium's historical identity while adding modern improvements, as part of the ongoing project to develop the club on all levels.
