Monaco Reaches Agreement with Filipe Luís
The Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that the French club Monaco has reached a final agreement with Brazilian Felipe Luis to take over as the team's coach in the upcoming period.
According to Romano, the deal came as a surprise behind the scenes despite the young coach's name being linked to several other clubs in recent weeks. However, Filipe Luís gave his final approval for the Monaco project.
He added that the contract will extend until June 2028, in a move led by the club's sporting director, Thiago Scuro, who played a significant role in finalizing the agreement.
This challenge marks a new milestone in Filipe Luís's coaching career, after attracting attention with his artistic work in Brazil during the past period. He is now approaching his first coaching experience in European football.
