Reason for Excluding Ben Ramadan from Tunisia's World Cup Squad

The media personality Ahmed Shobeir denied that the exclusion of Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane from the Tunisian national team roster was due to the player's performance level or his participation with Al Ahly, as has been recently rumored.

Shobeir said on "On Sport FM" radio that the Tunisian coach has been following a policy for some time now, which focuses on renewal and giving opportunities to new names within the national team.

He clarified that the exclusion is not due to a decline in performance or absence from the starting lineup, as evidenced by the coach's previous decisions to include excluded but outstanding players like Ferjani Sassi with Al-Gharafa and Ali Maaloul with Sfaxien.

Shobeir pointed out that the Tunisian coach's residence in France has influenced him with the European school of thought, which is reflected in his choices and in building the team by injecting new blood for the future.
