Official Statement from USMA to Its Fans Before the Confederation Cup Final
The Algerian club USM Alger issued a statement to its fans traveling to Egypt to attend the CAF Confederation Cup final match against Zamalek.
Tomorrow, Saturday, USM Alger will face Zamalek in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final.
The club stated in its announcement: "The Union of Algiers Club informs its traveling fans to Egypt, to attend the CAF Confederation Cup final match against the Egyptian Zamalek Club, that in coordination with the responsible authorities at CAF, tickets have been allocated for our supporters in accordance with the regulations of the Confederation of African Football, which grant 5% of the total stadium capacity to the visiting team's fans."
The club also informs that the ticket collection process will be on the day of the match, starting at 5:00 PM, with attendees expected to gather next to the Al-Rashdan Gate square at 4:00 PM.
"We urge the team's supporters, as we have always known them, to be the best ambassadors for Algerian football, to avoid using flares or any projectiles, and to respect the organizational conditions."
He concluded: "Our date with history is set, and your support will be our weapon to raise the flag of USM Algiers high, to achieve the continental title, and to adorn the club's jersey with the third star that befits the greatness of this club, its history, and its supporters."
