Zamalek coach Moatamed Gamal confirmed that his team is ready for tomorrow's match against USM Alger in the Confederation Cup final.

Zamalek will face USM Alger tomorrow, Saturday, in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final.

In the press conference before the match, Moatamed Gamal said: "The match will be a major final between two big teams on the continent. It consists of two halves in Algeria and Cairo, and we are fully prepared for them. The most important thing for us is to achieve the best possible result in Algeria to build on in the return match."

He emphasized: "Zamalek plays all its matches to achieve one result, which is winning. We respect all opponents, but we came to achieve one result, just as we did in the match against CR Belouizdad in the semi-final, and we will try to perform even better. The more positive results we achieve in Algeria, the easier it will be for us in the return match."

He continued: "The pressures of competing in the league? We have completely separated from the league and forgotten about the competition situation. Our focus is currently on the African final, and I believe the players have enough experience to differentiate between tournaments. Zamalek has seven leaders within the team, and these situations have happened with the players before."

Moatamed Gamal concluded by saying: "The July 5 Stadium, which is hosting the match, is similar to Cairo Stadium, and its pitch is very good. I believe this will help us present our ideas and usual performance. The atmosphere is similar to the conditions we are accustomed to, and I think this will be in our favor."
