Hincapie Named Best Player at Arsenal for April
Arsenal Football Club announced that Ecuadorian defender Piero Hincapié has been awarded the Player of the Month for April, following a vote by the club's fans.
Hincapié received more than 60% of the total votes, repeating his achievement from February, and continues to shine with Arsenal this season.
The Ecuadorian defender delivered strong performances in April, contributing to the team's clean sheet against Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League quarter-finals, as well as in the match against Newcastle in the English Premier League.
Eberechi Eze came in second place in the voting, following his remarkable goal against Newcastle, ahead of both Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyökeres.
