Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, revealed the latest developments regarding the condition of his injured players before the anticipated match against Everton in the English Premier League. He also spoke about several technical and historical issues during the match's press conference.

Guardiola said: 'David Moyes, the manager of Everton, has been amazing since his birth, and he still has a great passion for coaching despite his age, which is wonderful.'

He continued about Everton's new stadium: 'Their old stadium, Goodison Park, was absolutely fantastic, very beautiful and quintessentially British, I loved going there.'

He added about John Stones: 'He was one of the first signings I made here, I remember well my trip to London to meet him when he was young. There are a few players you can't understand what happened with them during this period, and he is one of them.'

He continued: 'He was the undisputed best player in the Champions League final in Istanbul, which shows great character. He now feels physically fit, and I hope he can physically fight and regain his rhythm to be ready.'

Regarding the match schedule, he said: 'This is the reality, I would have preferred even to play the Champions League semi-final, but this is the reality. When we won the treble and quadruple, we always had this kind of schedule too.'

Regarding the condition of the injured players, Guardiola said: 'Rodri's fitness? He is improving, but he hasn't trained with us yet, so we will see in the coming days. As for Ruben Dias, he hasn't joined the team yet but is improving, he, Gvardiol, and Rodri are all progressing.'

He talked about attending the Stockport County vs. Port Vale match instead of following the Paris Saint-Germain vs. Bayern Munich match, saying: 'I saw the match schedule, and when I watched the Paris vs. Bayern Munich match, I said: what a disastrous match.'

He jokingly added: 'The coaches are not good, Luis Enrique and Vincent Kompany, very bad players. I adore English football, so I went to watch the Stockport match.'

Regarding Paris Saint-Germain's 5-4 win over Bayern Munich, he said: 'That's all, this is football, you and I are similar, aren't we? I'm more handsome, so it's different.'
