The newspaper added that the situation spiraled out of control following the arrival of the bus, as clashes erupted involving the throwing of some projectiles, prompting the intervention of police forces to contain the situation.

The report clarified that the police were forced to disperse the more extreme crowds using tear gas, amid a state of high tension surrounding the stadium.
