Sky Sports reported that the coach of the German national team, Julian Nagelsmann, has decided to postpone the announcement of the final squad for the World Cup, which was initially scheduled to be revealed on May 12, to May 21 instead.

The coaching staff of the German national team also decided to delay the start of the World Cup preparation camp, officially beginning on May 27, instead of the previously scheduled date.

This decision aims to give the coach a greater opportunity to monitor the players until the end of the local season in the German league and other leagues, in order to accurately assess their technical and physical condition before finalizing the roster.

The coaching staff believes that this postponement will help in selecting the best physically and technically prepared players, especially with the pressure of matches at the end of the season.
