Bayern Munich star and German international Serge Gnabry has officially announced his absence from the 2026 World Cup finals due to an injury he sustained during team training before the recent match against Stuttgart.

Gnabry said: "The past few days have been difficult for me, but Bayern Munich's season still holds many opportunities after winning the Bundesliga title for the second consecutive time."
