Mostafa Fathi, the midfielder of Pyramids Club, underwent a successful surgery today, Sunday, after suffering a fracture in the clavicle bone during one of the friendly matches.

The player underwent the surgery under the supervision of Dr. Ashraf Nehad Moharram, an orthopedic surgery consultant, in one of the private hospitals, where the operation was successful without any complications.

Mostafa Fathi is scheduled to start a rehabilitation program in the coming days, in preparation for his gradual return to group training and participation in matches.

The player was injured during his team's friendly match against Helwan Al-Am, as part of Pyramids' preparations to resume league competitions, prior to facing Zamalek, where medical examinations proved the need for urgent surgical intervention.
