Al-Ahly's Position on Signing Mohamed Amine Tougai
The media personality Ahmed Shobeir revealed Al Ahly's stance on signing Mohamed Amine Tougai, the Tunisian Esperance player, during the summer transfer window.
In a radio statement, Shobeir said: "Togay is a distinguished defender and I personally like him, but the current period is only for rumors spread by agents and brokers, and there is nothing real at the moment."
He added: "Agents are starting to market their players during the current period, and we will see a large number of news stories in the coming period linking Al Ahly with several players."
He continued: "Al Ahly is currently not enthusiastic about signing the Algerian player from the Tunisian team, Esperance."
