Reports, most notably by journalist David Ornstein, revealed that the Spanish coach Andoni Iraola will leave Bournemouth at the end of the current season.

According to the source, Bournemouth's management tried in recent months to renew the coach's contract and keep him, after negotiations that lasted for a long period, but ultimately respected his decision to leave while maintaining a good relationship between the two parties.

The reports clarified that the club has already started searching for a potential replacement, with Kieran McKenna, the Ipswich Town coach, emerging as one of the prominent candidates, alongside other names under consideration.

Iraola had done exceptional work with Bournemouth, which garnered him interest from major clubs, and recently there has been talk about the possibility of him coaching his former team Athletic Bilbao, succeeding Ernesto Valverde.
