The journalist Gamal El-Ghandour revealed, from a source inside Al-Ahly club, the truth about the club's negotiations with Mohamed Amine Tougai, the defender of Tunisian club Esperance, to sign him in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The source confirmed that there are no negotiations to sign the player and that the player is not currently among Al Ahly Club's interests.
Al-Ghandour added during his program "Stad Al-Mehwar": "The source confirmed that Al-Ahly is currently focusing on renewing its players' contracts to maintain team stability amid the pressure of matches and competition for championships. The issue of new signings and determining technical needs will be addressed after the end of the current season."
