Doha Hosts the Final Stages of the Gulf Champions League with Major Clubs Participating
The Gulf Football Federation has approved holding the final stages of the Gulf Clubs Champions League for the 2025-2026 season in Doha, after reviewing hosting proposals submitted by several clubs.
The federation decided to assign the task of organization to Al-Rayyan after its bid outperformed the other applicants, notably Zakho and Al-Shabab, in terms of readiness and continental ranking.
Khalifa International Stadium is set to host the semi-final match between Zakho and Al-Shabab on April 19 at 5:00 PM, while the second match between Al-Rayyan and Al-Qadisiyah will take place at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium at 8:00 PM.
The Ahmed bin Ali Stadium will also host the tournament's final match on April 23rd, at 6:45 PM, in an anticipated conclusion to the fierce competitions featuring the top clubs from the Gulf.
