Al-Ahly in Red Uniform Against Esperance in the Champions League
The technical meeting for the match between Al Ahly and Tunisian Esperance was held this afternoon to agree on the details of the match that will take place tomorrow evening, Saturday, in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals.
The meeting was attended by Captain Samir Adly, Director of External Relations, Wael Mohamed and Raafat Ibrahim, the team administrators, Colonel Alaa Salahuddin, the security coordinator, along with representatives of the Tunisian club Esperance, and in the presence of the match observer from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and officials from the referees, marketing, and broadcasting committees.
The meeting concluded with an agreement that Al Ahly would wear their traditional kit consisting of a red shirt, white shorts, and red socks, while the goalkeeper would wear a light green outfit. Meanwhile, the Esperance team would wear an all-blue kit, and their goalkeeper would wear an orange outfit.
The match between Al-Ahly and Esperance will kick off at 9:00 PM Cairo time and 10:00 PM Mecca time.
The first leg ended with a 1-0 victory for Esperance.
