UEFA announced the ideal lineup for the Round of 16 of the 2025/2026 UEFA Champions League, which featured several prominent stars from major clubs following intense and exciting matches in this stage of the tournament.

The round saw the qualification of Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Sporting Lisbon, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich to this stage, before selecting the best players who excelled during the matches.

In goalkeeping, Matvey Safonov from Paris Saint-Germain was featured after his outstanding performance during the Round of 16 matches.

In the defense lineup, the formation included Josip Stanišić from Bayern Munich, Ibrahima Konaté from Liverpool, alongside Gonçalo Inácio and Maximiliano Araújo, the duo from Sporting Lisbon.

In the midfield, the lineup included Liverpool's Dominik Szoboszlai, Tottenham Hotspur's Xavi Simons, as well as Arsenal star Declan Rice.

In the attacking line, Brazilian Raphinha from Barcelona was present alongside Portuguese Francisco Trincão from Sporting Lisbon and Brazilian Vinícius Júnior, the star of Real Madrid, completing the ideal lineup for this stage of the tournament.

This lineup reflects the outstanding level displayed by the players during the Round of 16, in one of the most competitive editions of the UEFA Champions League in terms of rivalry and competition.
