With the start of the second half, Napoli quickly managed to equalize as Rasmus Højlund scored the equalizing goal in the 46th minute, bringing the match back to square one and giving his team a strong boost to continue pressing.

Napoli continued its offensive attempts until it succeeded in scoring the lead goal in the 67th minute through Matteo Politano, turning the score in its favor and confirming its dominance during the second half.
