Controversy Surrounds Al-Ittihad's Foreign Players List Before Riyadh Match

The technical staff of Al-Ittihad Club, led by Portuguese coach Sergio Conceicao, announced the list of foreign players traveling to Riyadh to play the anticipated match against Al-Riyadh team in the Saudi Roshn League.

The Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri topped the list of players called up for the match, after being confirmed fit to participate following his recovery from an injury that had kept him out recently.

The list also saw the return of international striker Saleh Al-Shehri, who joined the team's attacking options after fully recovering from the injury he suffered from in the past period.

On the other hand, Malian midfielder Mohamado Doumbia was absent from the Union's lineup due to suspension, depriving the team of his services in this important match.

Journalist Alaa Saeed mentioned on his account on the "X" platform that the coaching staff has selected the foreign names that will travel with the delegation to the capital, Riyadh.

The list of foreign professionals included goalkeeper Rajković, Danilo Pereira, Mario Mitaj, Fabinho, Houssem Aouar, Moussa Diaby, Steven Bergwijn, Roger, in addition to Youssef En-Nesyri.

The team concludes its preparations before traveling to Riyadh to participate in the anticipated match as part of the 26th round of the Saudi Roshan League.

The match is scheduled to take place on Friday evening at 10:00 PM at Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Stadium, in a confrontation where the team aims to achieve a positive result.
