Indicators are increasing within Al Hilal club regarding the possibility of Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves returning to lead the team's midfield in the upcoming match against Al-Fateh in the Saudi Roshn League.

There are some doubts about Neves' participation in the upcoming match, but recent developments in the team's training have increased the chances of him appearing in the starting lineup.

The Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" reported that the player is close to joining the match after recovering from the injury he sustained in the hamstring.

Neves, who is 28 years old, returned to actively participate in Al Hilal's training sessions since last Tuesday after successfully completing his treatment and rehabilitation program.

The medical follow-up confirmed that the player did not feel any pain after returning to training, which increased the likelihood of his participation in the upcoming match.

The final training session also saw the participation of defender Hassan Tambakti in part of the exercises, after he too recovered from a hamstring injury.

Al-Hilal is preparing to face its host Al-Fateh in the city of Al-Ahsa, as part of the 26th round of the Saudi Professional League, on Saturday, March 14.

Al-Hilal holds the third position in the league standings with 61 points after 25 rounds, while Al-Fateh is in the eleventh position with 28 points.
