The Argentine defender Marcos Senesi, a player for Bournemouth, is close to leaving his club at the end of the current season after the management decided not to offer a contract renewal. His contract expires next June, according to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo."

The newspaper explained that Sensi has become one of the most prominent names in the summer transfer market after delivering strong performances in the English Premier League, which has attracted the interest of several major European clubs.

Bournemouth's sporting director, Tiago Pinto, confirmed that the club has made its final decision not to extend the contract of the Argentine defender, indicating that the player will officially leave the team after his contract expires at the end of the season.

In light of this decision, several clubs are monitoring the player's situation. Both Italian club Juventus and English club Tottenham have expressed interest in signing him, and Barcelona is also among the clubs keeping an eye on his status in the transfer market.

According to reports, Tottenham has already held talks with the player's representatives in recent days, but no agreement has been reached so far. Meanwhile, Juventus has made an offer that includes a four-year contract with a higher annual salary than the player currently receives at Bournemouth.

On the other hand, Sensi prefers to wait before deciding on his future during the current period, as he is waiting to see if Barcelona will make an official move to sign him. The player aspires to sign a contract for three or four years, with an annual salary ranging between 4 and 5 million euros, in addition to bonuses linked to his performance and level.
