Financial Crisis Hits Arsenal.. A Major Star May Leave in Summer
Friday 06-03-2026
The British newspaper 'Daily Telegraph' revealed that Arsenal may be forced to part with one of its first team players during the upcoming summer transfer window, as the management seeks to achieve financial balance after significant spending in last year's transfer market.

According to the report, the London club's management is currently reviewing the impact of its massive investments in deals, which amounted to about 268 million pounds, which may lead them to decide to sell one of the stars to ease financial pressures.

The report indicated that several prominent names might be among the candidates to leave, including defender Ben White, Norwegian midfielder Martin Ødegaard, and Brazilian winger Gabriel Martinelli.

This comes at a time when Arsenal continues to lead the English Premier League, alongside competing for all available titles this season.
