Tunisian Club Esperance Announces Match Against Al-Ahly Without Spectators
Espérance Sportive de Tunis officially announced that their match against Al Ahly in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals will be held without spectators.
In its statement issued via its official Facebook account, Tunisian club Espérance Sportive de Tunis announced: "Espérance Sportive de Tunis informs its esteemed fans that the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-final, which will see our team face Egypt's Al Ahly, scheduled for March 21 at Cairo International Stadium, will be held without spectators."
The club added in its statement: "This comes following the decision issued by the Disciplinary Committee of the Confederation of African Football, which mandates that the match be held without spectators."
Al Ahly will face its Tunisian counterpart, Esperance, in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals on March 21st.
