Media reports have resolved the controversy regarding Al Hilal's negotiations with Al Ittihad's winger, Abdulrahman Al-Aboud, during the past period.

The "Action with Waleed" program confirmed that Al Hilal officially contacted the Al Ittihad management to inquire about the possibility of signing Al-Aboud, denying any direct negotiations with the player without his club's knowledge, especially since he is still under a valid contract and has not entered the free period.

The source explained that Al Hilal's management requested to know the financial compensation required to purchase the remaining period of the player's contract. Al Ittihad stipulated receiving 70 million riyals to approve his departure, which the capital club rejected, leading to the negotiations coming to a halt at this point.

Previous reports had indicated that Al-Hilal entered into direct negotiations with the duo Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti and Abdulrahman Al-Aboud, despite their ongoing contracts with Al-Ittihad. However, this was denied according to what was mentioned in the program.
