Friday 20-02-2026
Italian Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Al-Hilal, announced the team's foreign player list for the match against Al-Ittihad in the 23rd round of the Saudi Roshn League.

The list included goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, defender Kalidou Koulibaly, Theo Hernandez, Ruben Neves, Sergej Savic, as well as forwards Malcom Filipe and Karim Benzema, and player Mohamed Kader Mité.

Inzaghi officially excluded Brazilian Marcos Leonardo for technical reasons, causing him to miss the match for the sixth consecutive time, a move that sparked interest among fans and local media.

Through this lineup, Al-Hilal aims to enhance its offensive and defensive capabilities against Al-Ittihad, especially in light of the intense competition for the top spot in the Saudi Roshan League standings between them, Al-Ahli, and Al-Nassr.

The coaching staff is also focused on implementing tactical plans and monitoring the players' readiness after an intensive training period in preparation for the anticipated Clasico at Kingdom Arena.

This announcement comes just a few hours before the kickoff, with great anticipation from the fans regarding the outcome of the match and its impact on Al Hilal's position in the league standings.
