Arsenal Plans for a Near Training Camp Before the New Season Due to Schedule Pressure
Tuesday 17-02-2026
Arsenal Football Club is working on an early plan to prepare for the upcoming season, given the expected schedule pressure following the World Cup. The period between the tournament's final and the start of the Premier League will be very short, lasting only about 33 days.

According to British journalist Tom Canton on his account on platform X, the club is considering holding its training camp in a nearby area to reduce travel fatigue and speed up the physical and technical preparation of the players, as opposed to the usual camps held in Asia or the United States.

Canton pointed out that the city of Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland, is among the options being discussed due to its geographical proximity to England and the availability of modern sports facilities that meet the requirements for preparation for the new season.

This approach is part of Arsenal's strategy to manage player workloads after the busy season, especially with a large number of its players participating in the World Cup, which imposes additional challenges on the coaching staff during the short preparation period before the start of the Premier League.
