Calf Injury Sidelines Adam Kaid from Zamalek for 4 Weeks
Friday 13-02-2026
A press report revealed the duration of the absence of Palestinian Adam Kayed, Zamalek's midfielder, from the team's lineup in the upcoming period, following his recent muscle injury.

According to the Kora Plus website, Kaid will be absent for a period ranging from 3 to 4 weeks due to a calf muscle injury, which requires him to undergo an intensive treatment and rehabilitation program before returning to group training.

Zamalek's head coach, Moatamed Gamal, decided to exclude the player from the team's camp held in Ismailia, which includes matches against Smouha, Kaizer Chiefs, and Ceramica Cleopatra.

The coaching staff hopes to regain Kaid's services as soon as possible, especially after Zamalek's recent 1-0 victory over Smouha, with the goal scored by Nasser Mansi, in the fourteenth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
