Mohammed Al-Fateel, the defender of Al-Nassr, has closed the chapter on his journey with the capital team, announcing his move to Al-Najma Club in a free transfer deal following the expiration of his contract with Al-Alami.

Al-Fateel revealed his decision through his official Instagram account, where he addressed heartfelt farewell words to Al-Nassr club and its fans following his transfer to Al-Najma.

Al-Fateel wrote: "To Al-Nassr Club and the great international fans, I leave with immense appreciation for every moment I experienced here. Wearing this emblem was an honor and a pride for me."

He added, "I thank the club management, the technical and administrative staff, and my fellow players for their support and trust. I especially thank the global fans for their constant support and enthusiasm, which has given me the motivation to give my best."

The veteran defender confirmed that his journey with Al-Nassr might come to an end, but the memories will remain, wishing the club more championships and emphasizing that he will remain a fan and supporter from anywhere.

It is noted that Al-Fateel, aged 34, joined Al-Nassr in the summer of 2021 coming from Al-Ahli Jeddah. He participated in 62 matches wearing the Al-Nassr jersey, during which he scored 4 goals and made two decisive assists.
