Raja Club Athletic achieved an important victory over their guest, Nahdat Zemamra, with a score of three goals to none (3-0) in the match that took place on Sunday evening at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca, as part of the tenth round of the professional league.

The first half was mostly balanced, with both sides exchanging attacks without any clear effectiveness in front of the goal, until Adam Nefati managed to break the deadlock in the 25th minute by placing the ball into the net with a precise shot from inside the penalty area.

The match witnessed an emotional incident when Mohsen Metwally, who came on as a substitute for Abdullah Farah, had to leave the field shortly after due to a shoulder injury. He was subsequently taken to the hospital to receive the necessary medical attention.

In the second half, Raja continued their pressure, and substitute Ismail Khafi managed to score the second goal, capitalizing on a successful header after breaking away from goalkeeper Marwan Fakhr.

Shortly before the final whistle, the referee awarded a penalty in favor of Raja after consulting the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) due to a handball inside the penalty area by a Nahdat Zemamra player. Adam Nefati successfully took the penalty, scoring his second personal goal and the third for his team.

With this victory, Raja Club Athletic increased their tally to 19 points, climbing to third place, just one point behind the leader Maghreb Fes and their pursuer Wydad Athletic Club. Meanwhile, Nahdat Zemamra's tally remained at 8 points, placing them temporarily in twelfth place, pending the completion of the remaining postponed matches.
