The media figure Ahmed Shobeir called on Mahmoud El-Khatib, the president of Al Ahly Club, to support and protect Walid Salah El-Din, the club's football director, following the recent attacks and criticisms directed at him.

In a television statement on the "Al-Nahar" channel, Shobier said that Walid Salah El-Din's position as the football director at Al-Ahly requires clear support from the Al-Ahly management, led by the club president Mahmoud El-Khatib.

He sent an important message to Al-Khatib, urging him to protect all elements of the system working within Al Ahly Club, whether they are managers, coaches, or players.

Shobeir confirmed that the attack on Walid Salah El-Din from within Al-Ahly club is unacceptable, pointing out that the Red Club is a big club where support and backing for its members should prevail.
