Al-Shabab Club has succeeded in nearing the completion of two significant deals during the current winter transfer window, after reaching a preliminary agreement with Al-Ittihad duo Saleh Al-Shehri and Fawaz Al-Saqour.

Press reports confirmed that the management of Al-Shabab has finalized the details of the contracts with Saleh Al-Shehri and Fawaz Al-Saqour, in a move aimed at strengthening the team's lineup before continuing the current season's competitions.

Sources indicated that Saleh Al-Shehri's move to Al-Shabab is driven by his desire to gain more playing time, in order to increase his chances of being included in the Saudi national team for the upcoming World Cup.

The reports indicated that the deal for Fawaz Al-Saqour was made to compensate for the expected departure of player Nawaf Al-Jlemesh, who is close to embarking on a new experience with Neom Club.

The newspaper indicated that Fawaz Al-Saqour was excluded from the plans of Al-Ittihad's coaching staff, led by Portuguese coach Sergio Conceicao, which facilitated his transfer during the current transfer window.
