Al-Nassr Closes Door on Departure of Abdelilah Amri
Monday 26-01-2026
The management of Al-Nassr Club has made its final decision regarding the future of defender Abdulelah Al-Amri with the first football team, following interest from Al-Ittihad Club to acquire the player's services during the current winter transfer window.

According to the "Al-Muntasaf" program on Al-Ikhbariya channel, Al-Nassr's management has definitively closed the door on Al-Omari's departure this January, in response to the technical recommendation from Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, who emphasized the importance of the player's continued presence due to the technical need for his services this season.

The club had made an official offer to sign Al-Omari, especially after a successful loan period he spent with the "Tigers" squad last season. However, Al-Nassr refused to let him go to maintain the balance of their defense line.

It is noted that Abdulelah Al-Amri is under a valid contract with Al-Nassr until June 2028, which gives the management more confidence in retaining the defender within the team's ranks in the coming period.
