Mohsen Saleh, the former head of the planning committee at Al Ahly Club, confirmed that the decision by Al Ahly's management to relinquish the services of Nitesh Gradyshar was not a successful one from a technical standpoint.

Mohsen Saleh said on the "Al-Nazir" program on Al-Nahar channel that it would have been better to prepare the player and give him a full opportunity instead of excluding him from the starting lineup in favor of a newly joined player.

Mohsen Saleh emphasized that giving up the services of Gradishar without having a suitable alternative represents a clear mistake.

He explained that the player's mentality will be affected by this decision, which may be reflected in his performance in Al Ahly's matches.

The former head of Al Ahly's planning committee added that Gradishar has performed well since joining, successfully scoring and creating goals, and that Al Ahly's management should have held onto him and benefited from his technical abilities.

Al Ahly will face Wadi Degla this Tuesday evening in the 16th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al-Ahly occupies the third position in the league standings with 23 points.
