In this context, Tottenham made an offer to loan Lee Kang-in, who is considered one of the most creative players in the ranks of Paris Saint-Germain.

The source confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain has categorically refused to allow the player to leave, while coach Luis Enrique considers the 24-year-old player an important part of his squad, despite his limited appearances this season.
